Broadway Casino
Brief:
To refresh the brand and publicise in-venue entertainment.




Delivery:
We developed internal and external signage, menus, ‘What’s On’ flyers, social media graphics, posters and eshots to modernise the brand and promote the casino’s restaurant and sports bar.
We built both a new website and a data capture app to gather information on customers’ interests and socio-economic and demographic insights to enhance the digital and direct mail campaigns we run.
Outcome:
Since the website launched in November 2016, visitors have spent an average of 30% longer on the site while bounce rate has reduced from 45% to 27%.
